Encoder Solutions – Optical, Magnetic and Inductive
Our core expertise lies in miniature encoders for compact applications. Depending on environmental conditions and performance requirements, we provide the appropriate technology:

In-House Scale Manufacturing & Photomask Technology
A key element of our manufacturing expertise is the production of optical encoder discs and linear scales made from polyester film and polycarbonate.
They are available as:
- Reflective versions
- Transmissive (transparent) versions
Using advanced photolithographic processes, we achieve structure resolutions down to 5 µm (0.005 mm) with outstanding edge precision.
The foundation of this capability lies in our high-precision photomasks, which are developed and utilized in-house.
They enable ultra-fine line structures, precise segmentation, and consistent quality in serial production.
Our encoder discs are used both in our own optical encoders and as standalone components in customer-specific sensor systems.
