July marks the beginning of the second half of 2026 and, with it, the final stretch towards the planned completion of our new Innovation Center at the end of the year.
Since our last construction update, a great deal has happened on site. The light-coloured façade is now largely complete, the expansive glass fronts have been installed, and the building’s modern architecture is becoming increasingly visible.
Work is also progressing steadily inside the building. The open-plan office areas are beginning to take shape, the walls have been plastered, and the first acoustic elements have already been installed on the ceilings. At the same time, work on the building’s technical systems and electrical wiring is continuing.
One particular highlight is the spacious rooftop terrace on the upper floor. The glass façades and louvred structure are already in place, providing a first impression of what this area will look like once completed.
Over the coming months, the next steps will include the installation of flooring and lighting, further interior fittings, and the landscaping of the outdoor areas. There is still plenty to be done before the planned completion at the end of 2026 or beginning of 2027. At the same time, it is already becoming clear how our new location is turning into reality, step by step.
